About the French Bulldog
French Bulldogs — or "Frenchies" — are one of the most beloved companion breeds in the world. With their bat ears, squished faces, and clown-like personalities, they're hard not to adore. Frenchies are quiet (they rarely bark), adaptable, and just want to be near their people. They do equally well in small apartments and large homes.
French Bulldogs have skyrocketed to become one of the most popular breeds in America — and for good reason. Their compact, muscular bodies and expressive faces make them instantly recognizable. They come in a wide range of colors including fawn, brindle, cream, and the increasingly popular blue and lilac variations. What makes them truly special is their temperament — they're sociable, gentle, and have just the right amount of goofiness to keep you laughing every day.

Care & Grooming
Frenchies are brachycephalic (flat-faced), so they overheat easily — avoid strenuous exercise in hot weather. Their facial folds need daily wiping to prevent skin irritation. They're moderate shedders but minimal grooming is needed overall.
Health Notes
Brachycephalic breed — prone to breathing difficulties, overheating, and skin fold dermatitis. Choose puppies from health-tested parents.
🐾 Fun Fact
Despite the name, French Bulldogs were actually developed in England by lace workers who later emigrated to France — where the breed became wildly popular and got its "French" name.
