Reservation Deposits
A non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure a puppy. The deposit amount varies by listing and is clearly displayed on each puppy's profile. Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price. By paying a deposit, you agree to the terms outlined here and any additional terms specified by the breeder.
Refund Policy
Deposits are generally non-refundable. If the breeder is unable to fulfill a reservation (e.g., due to health concerns), a full refund will be issued. Refunds for buyer-initiated cancellations are at the discretion of the individual breeder. Please review each breeder's specific policy before placing a deposit.
Reservation Process
Once a deposit is received and confirmed, the puppy will be marked as "Reserved." Depending on the breeder's settings, reservations may require breeder approval before being finalized. You will receive email confirmation at each step of the process.
Pickup & Delivery
Puppies are available for pickup or delivery on or after their listed Go Home Date. Specific arrangements are coordinated directly between the buyer and breeder. Any delivery fees are separate from the listed price and deposit.
Health Guarantee
Health information provided on each listing is reported by the breeder. PuppyReserve does not independently verify health claims. We encourage buyers to request veterinary documentation and discuss health guarantees directly with the breeder.
Privacy & Data
Your personal information is used solely for the reservation process and communication with breeders. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
